A lovely tree growing up to 8m tall and 3m wide with slender green leaves that have a white underside. From spring to autumn it produces tall, yellow flowers.

It is an excellent feature tree for native and coastal gardens. It is beautiful and attracts birds and pollinating insects into the garden.

It should be planted in a full sun position in well draining soils. It can be pruned after flowering but take care not to cut into old wood as it may not resprout if cut back too far. It is phosphorous sensitive so should only be fertilised with native fertiliser.
