Bush Mint blends two distinct Australian wild mints comparable to exotic peppermint and spearmint. Use this strong minty herb in dips, sauces, soups, or as a flavouring for lamb and other heavy meats. This particular blend is also recommended in hot teas and iced sweet tea.

Ingredients: Native River Mint (Mentha australis), Slender Mint (Mentha diemenica)

Native River Mint (Mentha australis) can be found in most regions of the country, often around rivers, bogs and other damp, shaded places.

Slender Mint (Mentha diemenica) grows naturally in grasslands and forests from the Mt Lofty Ranges in South Australia, throughout Victoria and Tasmania, and as far north as the Blue Mountains of New South Wales.
