Also referred to as Coastal Aspen, Beach Acronychia and Logan Apple, this Fraser Island Native is related to White Aspen and Lemon Aspen, and is not actually an apple at all. Fruits are bright yellow, small and round, and are sweet and tart in flavour. Eaten fresh or used in both sweet and savoury dishes, jams, sauces, or dried and added to almost anything!

Fraser Island Apple is a fast growing subtropical tree that likes warm weather and well drained soils. Plant in a sunny to partly shaded position and protect from frost. Grows 6-10m high and 4-6m wide, depending on conditions. Great as a feature tree, street tree, or edible hedge.
